Geting Started

How it Works

  • Obtain referral from Primary Care Provider or other Specialist.
  • Tricare Prime patients will need a Referral and Authorization in place by their PCM.
  • Tricare Standard/Select will need a referral by a specialist.
  • Provide front desk with insurance information to verify benefits and eligibility for services
  • Schedule consultation
  • After completion of the initial evaluation the patient will be set-up for follow-up sessions with a clinician based on the frequency and duration recommended.
  • Any co-pay/co-insurance/self-pay amount will be due at the time services are rendered.
